Future of Banking

Ms. Wu created this video for Julius Baer to explain the working method of their new digital product for their potential investor. From concepting, storyboard, style frames design to animation, she figured out how to visualize the difference between heavy workflow, digitalization and new era. She added visual metaphors to increase uniqueness. Creative thinking and techniques were utilized to create a video with a clear story narrative and visual attractions. This video showed the beautiful future the new digital product will bring.

Kasane no Irome - Piling up Colors

An installation design of Japanese Dance. Japanese have been piling up colors from olden times to express sacred things. Also, piling up the paper with square silhouettes has been used as a thing representing sacred depth. Nakamura Kazunobu designed a space that changes the atmosphere by changing to various colors with such square "piling up" as a motif. Panels flying in the air centering on the dancers cover the sky above the stage space and depict the appearance of light passing through the space that can not be seen without the panels. A space that draws light strikingly, develops Japanese Dance.

Dab

A body sensor should be as unobtrusive as possible to have the smallest impact on the ordinary behavior of the patients under examination. The keys of invisibility are the low profile construction, technological innovation and the perfect adhesion to the skin. Dab is aimed to minimize medical instrument size by reducing electrode distances. The redesigned way of applying the sensor onto the body makes it effortless and intuitive. Thanks to these changes Dab can achieve better user experience, while significantly reducing disposable items, manufacturing and maintenance costs.

Promising Ideas

Hao Li and Mengchao Wu created this animation for Unicef to explain how they've helped young people in remote areas connect to the internet, especially girls. First, the animation compares the difference in the number of boys and girls who have access to the internet in lagging regions, and the problems the inequality has brought to girls in those places. Throughout the film, Hao and Mengchao show how Unicef helped these girls access the internet and what has changed since accessing the internet.
