Woman in Power

Woman in Power is a design that pays homage to the strength and ability of women. From being survivors of breast cancer and abuse, women have endured and continue to show their strength and resilience. Western Fashionista Rebel

Poise and attitude, she is a 1920's woman. Bright colours and sparkly gems; feathers tall and confidant like the woman she is. Her hat represents her masculinity and strength while her bodysuit complements her enticing feminine figure. She is energetic and excited for the change in the world to come. The inspiration started with the desire to represent and celebrate women in a vibrant and eye-catching. The colors are inspired by the surroundings of the Cayman Islands and the design is inspired by the showgirl of the 1920s with a fusion of modern-day carnival.

Gem of the World

This design is reminiscent of wings. A play on the flights of people coming to see the beauty of the Islands. This design is to highlight the importance of the Cayman Islands marine environment and the need to preserve it so local people and visitors can enjoy it for years to come. But more importantly, as a small island nation, this design represents a plea for the world to do its part in taking care of the environment, especially the oceans.

Gravity Cat

It was build to show the world where gravity changes. To make that possible, we build a cylinder structure made by steel frames that rotates 360 degrees, and we put a wooden made room set inside of it. When it rotates, the room inside of it also rotates and the props fall and swing. That helps to make look like as if the world changes its gravity. The room itself was designed very realistic that looks like real Japanese college student would living in. This gap between realistic scenery and unrealistic movement made the scene even more interesting.
