The movie, musical instrument, performing arts and other designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on Ninenews belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties. Each work is shown on Ninenews for editorial or entertainment purposes, and the presentation of a work on Ninenews leaves every right with the respective owners.
Original materials of Ninenews. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of Ninenews are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 Ninenews. You are welcome to read Ninenews and to share links to pages of ninenews.org for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please obtain prior written permission from the publisher of Ninenews, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of ninenews.org, except where the law expressly allows.
Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on Ninenews infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a notice through the Ninenews Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. Ninenews reviews every notice promptly and carefully and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.

Ninenews contains links to, and content from, third parties, including the A' Design Award & Competition, Designers.org, the Design Encyclopedia and other partner and affiliated websites. Third-party websites are operated independently of Ninenews, so their content, availability, terms and privacy practices remain the responsibility of the respective third party. You access third-party websites at your own risk and discretion and subject to the terms of the respective third party.
Advertising shown on Ninenews is delivered by Massive Outreach Ads Network, the advertising solution provider of Ninenews. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and each advertised product, service or advertiser remains solely the responsibility of the respective advertiser. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
8. Forms and Forwarding to Third-Party Services
Some features of Ninenews, such as the Ninenews Submit Design page, the Ninenews Newsletter page and the Ninenews Encyclopedia page, work in two steps. You provide a few details on ninenews.org and may then be forwarded to a partner service that carries out the actual service. The partner service, and not Ninenews, is responsible for processing your information and for everything that happens after the forwarding, under the terms and the privacy policy of that service.
